Via Ferrata of La Cambronnerie

An hour spent climbing and walking among the rocks of La Cambronnerie in complete safety is the perfect formula for a day in Normandy! We will provide you with all the necessary equipment and technical safety training. From 1.40 m, everyone can participate in this activity. For an extra fee, a via ferrata instructor can accompany you and show you the way, to make this experience even simpler and more accessible to everyone.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
We are waiting for you at our office on the banks of the Orne river just outside Clécy, at the reserved time. You can try out your safety equipment and discover the route that awaits you in the distance.
- Tour:
After a short walk, the via ferrata route begins, made up of solid wooden planks, braided metal cables and holds, also made of metal, easily accessible and integrated into the rock. You will also go through monkey bridges and gateways, all while being attached to solid metal wires. From above, you will have a breathtaking view of the Orne River, the Normandy countryside and you will feel like a mountaineer.
- Arrival:
After about 30 minutes, you will have reached the end of your route but not of this adventure. It will still be a short walk downwards, bringing you back to our office in a few minutes.
