Stand-Up Paddleboarding Trial Lesson at Lister Ellenbogen

The Lister Ellenbogen offers the best conditions for beginners and a beautiful backdrop for your adventure. Stand Up Paddling is ideal for young and old: while we do playful exercises with children, we can focus on the sportive aspects of SUP with adults.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at the agreed time at our base directly at the Lister Ellenbogen, where there is also a large parking lot. Here you get to know your teachers and get the necessary equipment. After you have changed your clothes, we will make our way to the beach and the course can begin.

Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available a few days in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.
