Meeting & Preparation We meet directly at our surf center, which is located about 30 meters from Las Américas beach. Here you can change your clothes and lock your things in a locker. Then you get your board and we go to the beach where the course can really start.

Course Content - Theoretical introduction on the beach (equipment, beach, waves, safety rules, etc. ) - Warm-up exercises - Practice on the beach (getting up on the board, etc.) - Practice in the water - Short stretching session
