Our semiprivate course is even more personal than our group course as our surf instructor can concentrate on only 2-4 students. This course is suitable for families and friends as well as for children, as the surf instructor can take a lot of time to teach your child everything worth knowing. In this course you will learn the fundamental theory and practice you need to surf in the sea. We will be guided daily by the climate and the crowds on the different beaches and then select the most suitable beach to allow you to spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the sea and the water sport. Jump on a surfboard together with Pro Surfing and get to know the sea around Gran Canaria. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Meeting & Preparation
We offer a free pick-up service from your hotel or accommodation in the south zone around Playa del Inglés, Playa de San Agustín or Maspalomas. You are welcome to come to our base by car, from where we will drive to the selected beach together. At our starting point – i.e. our base, we will show you an instructional video in which you will see what awaits you afterwards and learn important things about theory and practice. Afterwards, we distribute the equipment, which you try on to see which size fits best. Then we drive to the beach, where you will be briefed. Then, we warm up and go into the sea.
Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. We will inform you about the exact start time in time after you have completed the booking.

Do I need to be a good swimmer, and what's the minimum age?
You need to be able to swim to participate. The minimum age for this course is 10 years.
Why can the time of my lesson change, and how big is the group?
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions. You will be informed of the exact start time after booking. As this is a semi-private course, the group size is between 2 and 4 participants.
Is equipment included, and what do I need to bring?
A wetsuit and a surfboard are included in the price. You should bring your own swimwear, a towel, suncream and dry clothes.
