Meeting & Preparation We meet 20 min before the time of the course which will have been previously communicated to you, directly at our school on the beach. You will get to know your instructor and be provided with the equipment adapted to your age and level (wetsuit and surfboard). Then you will reach the shore.

Start time The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available 1 week in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

Course content The course lasts 1h and is composed as follows: - Theory session on the beach - The right warm up - Practice on the beach - Practice in the sea
