SSI Open Water Diver Scuba Diving Course in Benidorm

The Open Water Diver trains you to dive to a depth of 18 meters. The certification entitles you to dive all over the world and to borrow equipment. During the course, you will have a theory session to prepare you for any situation in the water and a practical part to put the theory into practice. You will be accompanied by a trained instructor who will ensure your safety and understanding. We will provide you with high-quality equipment so that you can enjoy your diving experience even more. Goal of the course
After completing the course you will know important theory and how to implement it in the water. You have learned how to breathe correctly at a depth of 18 metres and how to use the air in your bottle as sparingly as possible. You know how to handle the equipment and how to behave underwater.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet one hour before your booked time at our base, where you can get the equipment. On site, you can store your personal belongings and change in one of our changing rooms. Afterwards, we will start with the theory part of our course.

Course content
- Theory: Online course with final exam about the knowledge you need to dive
- Practice: Set-up and dismantling of equipment, problem-solving underwater, 4 dives in open water, where theory is put into practice.
