Goal of the course
During the NAUI Open Water Diver course, you will acquire the fundamental knowledge and the basic skills needed to scuba dive safely in open water. You will learn how to handle your equipment, and how to dive responsibly. Getting your certification means that you can dive independently, dive alongside an equally qualified scuba diver to a maximum depth of 18 m.
Meeting & Preparation
You don't need any prior experience or knowledge. All you need to do is come down to our dive centre 30 minutes before the start time. Upon arrival at our camp, please proceed to the reception area where you'll check in. You'll be asked to leave one form of identification, which will be returned to you upon departure. Feel free to request a camp map for your convenience, or simply follow the road signs directing you to the diving center, where you'll find us located. If you arrive by car, parking space is widely available nearby the center.
When you come to the diving center you will first fill out the formalities such as filing out the medical statement. After arriving at the spot, you will receive a short theoretical introduction to teach you some basics of scuba diving such as how to use your equipment, how to conduct yourself underwater, and how to communicate with your buddy. Once you're ready, we will provide you with your rental equipment, and you can get started. Since you will be diving at our house reef, it is only a short walk down to the beach, from which you will enter into the water.

The coaching team is very young and extremely competent. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you feel immediately accepted. We also learned from other experienced divers who attended dives that the equipment is new and of high quality. Safety is very important and the instructors don't miss a thing. Underwater exercises were also repeated until they worked flawlessly. Our trainer was responsive to our level and also gave us impressions of further courses. She always made the dives interesting (animals, plants, rock formations) and then explained everything on the surface.
In summary, I can only recommend the diving school and the team to everyone.
