Are you looking for some action? We invite you to a sportive but entertaining canoe hire on the Var river, which will take you to discover the superb hilly landscapes of the Pre-Alps. Just 30 minutes from Nice, embark for 10 km of fun along rapids, promising a lot of thrills. But don't worry, the rapids are not difficult, and the descent will be fun for everyone. With friends or family, choose a refreshing activity under the sun of the south of France!
Tour programme- Preparation:
We meet directly at our base at the time indicated on your booking. A large and free car park is at your disposal on site. There, we will provide you with your equipment and talk to you about what awaits you. Then our shuttle will take you 10 km upstream from the base to the start of the tour. After a short briefing on safety rules, it's time to get into the water.
- Tour:
For about 1.5 h, you will descend the 10 km of the Var river: many rapids await you, making the descent sporty but fun. Don't miss out on also enjoying the wild hilly landscapes of great beauty, under the southern sun!
- Return:
The arrival is directly at our base. A picnic area and a shaded area await you before you set off again for the rest of your adventures.

A brilliant experience. While the meeting area is very rustic and basic, Marcel gave us a warm welcome and was really helpful & knowledgeable on what to do. The trip down the river and through the many rapids was fantastic. Not difficult and great fun for the family. We’d definitely do this again. Stunning location and scenery.
