Balloon Ride "Classic" - Montserrat

Enjoy a relaxing hot air balloon flight and marvel at the spectacular Catalan landscape from above. Barcelona Balloon Flights will take you on a scenic trip, high up in the sky, from where you will be able to spot all sorts of interesting sights – most notably, Montserrat, with its famous monastery. Come and experience the feeling of absolute freedom and create memories that will last forever. Take-off area We take off from the airfield in Pla de Bages, approximately 1h north-west of Barcelona. We typically fly around the area of central Catalonia, where you will be treated to unique bird's-eye view of the Montserrat mountain range. You might also be able to see the majestic Pyrenees in the distance. Ride programme - Before take-off: We offer a pick-up service from Plaça Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona, 1 hour before the start time of your flight. Once you're at the airfield, one of our experienced pilots will give you a short safety briefing. You will also have the opportunity to help in the preparation of the balloon. Once everything has been set up, you're ready for take-off. - During the ride: During the flight, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the scenic views as well as the tranquillity of being high up in the air. - After landing: Once we're back on the ground, we will celebrate our successful flight with a champagne toast and a selection of local products such as dry fruits and sweet wine. Your pilots will also award you with a flight certificate for you to keep at home as a souvenir. At the end of the whole experience, we will drive you back to the meeting point in Barcelona.
