Kitesurfing Course from 12 Years - Beginners

Come and enjoy kitesurfing with us. In Fregene you can find the right course for you if you want to learn to master the wind. In 8 lessons, 4 on land and 4 on the water you will learn the basics of kitesurfing and, at the end of this course, you will be able to appreciate the wonderful sport of kitesurfing even more.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our base which consists of a marquee where you will find your teachers. You can leave your valuable objects there and start the lesson.

Course Content
- Day 1: theory, mounting kite maneuvers on the ground.
- Day 2: you start to raise the sail
- Day 3: you start making the windows
- Day 4: dragging
- Day 5: bodyguard drag
- Day 6: departures
- Day 7: departures
- Day 8: departures
