Basic Canyoning in the Cetina River

Our team consists of nature passionates who are happy to share their years-long knowledge with you and to show you the most unique places on the route. The basic canyoning tour suits all the beginners and children from 8 years old on, therefore no previous canyoning experience is required. Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet in Split, in front of the coffee bar Bellevue and from there we drive to Cetina River. Or if you come to our meeting point by car, there is parking available in front of our warehouse. Before the tour begins, you receive the briefing about safety, usage of the canyoning gear, and we hand you the necessary equipment. In case you still have any open questions, we are glad to answer them. To enter the canyon, we walk a few minutes.
- Tour:
Our tour takes part in the middle part of the Cetina River. Here the canyon has deeper parts which make it suitable for a canyoning tour. We will spend approximately 3 hours in the canyon where you can climb, jump and enjoy the transparent freshwater. If you don't feel comfortable with the cliff jumping, you can easily avoid it by walking through those sections. The distance of the tour is approximately 2,5 km.
- Arrival:
After the fun canyoning tour, transport waits for you to take you back to Split.

- Description: 104 km long Cetina River is known for its unique waterfalls, clean water and amazing nature surrounding the area. The middle part of the river is the deepest which provides the best canyoning conditions. The temperatures in the river are stable and vary from 18°C to 21°C.

- Total duration: 7h (incl. transfer from Split) or 4h (w/o transfer)
