Details
In order to learn Stand Up Paddling as fast as possible and to consider yourself a Stand Up Paddleboarder, a private lesson with one of our trained instructors is one of the most efficient ways. We teach participants of all experience levels and take you step by step to your goal at your own pace. In Jàvea you will find the perfect conditions to learn SUP and to acquire the essential techniques and methods. Enjoy the undivided attention of one of our certified SUP instructors during one or more lessons, who will adapt to your skills and design the course program accordingly.
Meeting & Preparation
We will meet at our base 10 minutes before the course starts. Our courses can be booked in hourly intervals between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Course Content
- Theory session on the beach (Safety, Equipment, Oceanography)
- Proper warm up
- Right paddling technique
- Correct posture on the board
- For advanced: dealing with more difficult waves, tricks on the board
