Scuba Diving Course for Beginners - Open Water Diver

During this course, you will develop your scuba diving knowledge. To feel comfortable in the water and to know how to react in basic situations whilst diving, you will practice your skills both in the pool and in the open sea. After the course, you will receive an Open Water Diver certification which is globally recognized and allows you to dive up to 18 meters with a dive instructor. Meeting & Preparation We meet 15 minutes before the booked time at our base in the Marina of Albufeira. Once there, you get to know your instructor, we answer all the open questions you might still have and hand you the necessary equipment. In case you have completed the theory part online, we will skip it during the course. Then, you are ready to start the open water diver course. Course content - Day 1: Practice Dives in the Pool - Day 2: 2 Open Water Dives - Day 3: 2 Open Water Dives + Final exam Schedule - Day 1: 9:00 am - 1:30pm - Day 2: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm - Day 3: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Note: The order and length of the individual parts of the course can change and will be individually adapted by the instructor. Included Activities - 1 Pool session - 4 Open Water Dives - Theory assistance - Final exam Included Services - Certified diving instructor - High-quality diving gear (all you need for your dive: wetsuit, mask, fins, octopus, weights) - Scuba tank (200 Bar for all dives) - Learning material - Registration fee & certificate Requirements - Minimum age: 10 years - Physical health - Swimming ability Please note that before the activity can begin, you will be required to fill in the statement of responsibility, application form and a medical questionnaire. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women and people with heart problems. If there's any medical restriction which can concern diving, let us know in advance.
