Meeting & Preparation
We meet 15 minutes before the course starts at our base, where we introduce ourselves as a team. Afterwards we divide the groups and distribute the equipment. You then go with your SUP instructor to the beach, where we start with the practice on land. During the exercises, our instructors will explain important theory to you, such as the correct paddling technique and the correct posture on the board.
