You can't dream of a better setting to start or continue your kitesurfing journey while on Naxos Island. With its long sandy beach and its 200 days of wind per year, Mikri Vigla offers the perfect conditions for this sport. To ensure rapid progress in the safest conditions, join our experienced and highly motivated instructors. With them, you will learn with the best in a passionate environment. The one-to-one course is ideal if you want to focus on one specific technical aspect or learn faster with the focus of your instructor entirely on you.
Meeting & PreparationKitesurfing is highly wind-dependant. Therefore we cannot predict if and when the course will take place. We will call you the day before or even on the day of your booked course to let you know the proper start time.
On the agreed time, we meet you at our school not far from the beach. There, you will be acquainted with your instructor, fill out some forms and then be provided with the proper equipment depending on your size and level. When you are ready we will head to the beach.
If you want to immortalize your exploits, we work with a photographer that can provide you with pictures or drone videos. Please contact us after booking so we make sure he has availability.
Course contentThe course content depends on your level. If you are a beginner, we will start with a 2-hour introductory session where you will learn the basics of kitesurfing, the proper set up, the safety measures, how to pilot your kite, etc. mainly from the safety of the beach.
As you progress or if you are already experienced, you will learn new techniques such as entering and exiting the water, bodydragging, water start, turns...

Requirements- Minimum age: 14 years old (parental's consent is mandatory for minors)
