The PADI Open Water Course is the first introductory course into the world of diving. At the end of the course, you will be able to dive autonomously and independently anywhere in the world. Accompanied by a trained instructor, you will enter the crystal clear waters around Tossa de Mar and experience what it feels like to breathe underwater. Here you will have unrestricted views of breathtaking fish and impressive aquatic plants that will make your experience perfect. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Goal of the course
Upon completion of the course, you will receive the internationally recognized PADI Open Water Diver certification. This entitles you to dive independently with a dive buddy and borrow or buy equipment from anywhere in the world.
Meeting & Preparation
We'll meet at our base 20 minutes before the course starts. Here you get to know your instructor who will inform you about the schedule of the next days. We start our course with a theory unit, where you will be taught important contents of the diving sport so that you will be prepared both practically and theoretically. We then distribute the appropriate equipment and take it with our company car to the beach, where the real adventure can start.
Course content
- Day 1: Theory + practice in shallow water + open water dive
- Day 2: Theory + practice in shallow water + open water dive
- Day 3: Theory + practice in shallow water + open water dive
- Day 4: Theory + practice in shallow water + open water dive
Note: The order and length of the individual parts of the course can change and will be individually adapted by the instructor.
