What to Expect

During our kids ski lessons on Männlichen in Grindelwald, we offer young skiers the chance to enjoy the last few weeks of the season to the fullest. Our experienced Swiss snowsports instructors warmly welcome all participants between 3 and 15 years, regardless of whether they are just starting to ski or already have some experience.

For the little ones, the Swiss Snow Kids Village kinderland offers the perfect area to get acquainted with the basics in a relaxed environment and to gain their first experiences with skis and snow. Playfully, the young beginners practice snowplough turns and braking on flat terrain. Those who are already confident on skis explore the ski area together with their peers and take on new challenges, more demanding slopes and advanced techniques.

To make the lessons as effective as possible, the ski instructors supervise a maximum of 8 children per group and teach according to the guidelines of the official Swiss Snow League. Our aim is to offer all Bambinis, as well as kids in the Blue and Red League an unforgettable and enriching time amidst the fantastic scenery of Männlichen.

Meeting Time

We meet at the top station of Männlichen, 20 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Equipment Rental

If you book including equipment, you can pick it up at our shop in the centre of Grindelwald. Please note that the transfer from the shop to the Grindelwald terminal (Männlichen bottom station) takes approx. 15 minutes by train, bus or car. The gondola ride then takes approx. 30 minutes.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass for the Grindelwald-Wengen area.
