Our private ski lessons for kids, suitable for all skill levels, are perfect for ensuring your children make swift progress, benefiting from the undivided attention of their private ski instructor. They get the opportunity to grasp the basics of skiing at their own pace or enhance their existing skills. Each lesson is personalized to cater to the specific needs of every child.
For our young beginners, the lessons are crafted for those with limited or no skiing experience. The focus is on fundamental skills such as moving independently on snow and mastering the art of braking and turning using the snowplow technique. The primary goal is to build a strong foundation in these essential skills.
For the more experienced kids who already have basic skills, especially in braking with snowplows on gentle slopes, our instructor works to strengthen their snow movement techniques. The aim is to make them proficient in uphill travel and braking with the snowplow. Additionally, participants will advance their skiing proficiency by learning snowplow turns on blue slopes. These lessons are designed to challenge and improve their skiing abilities.
Please make sure you have a helmet at the start of the lesson.
We meet at the booked time.
You need to bring your own equipment.
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. It's not included in the price.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
Ski equipment is not included in the price. You need to bring your own equipment for the lesson.
