Come and join us on our unique fjord boat trip and whale watching expedition in Tromsø. We will first and foremost take you around the natural wonderland of Norway's arctic Fjords, where you will be able to take some incredible snapshots of the unique glacial natural environment and wildlife that can be found in and around Tromsø. Alongside being taken around the town's arctic fjords we will be on the lookout for the incredible and rich surrounding wildlife that has made Tromsø its home. Moreover,
if we are lucky and the weather permits we might come across sea creatures that often pass through the region such as humpback whales, killer whales (orca), harbour porpoise and fin whales. Departure:
Boarding is at 8:30, with a 9:00 am departure time. There is a car park in the town centre which is a short 5-minute walk from where the boat departs.
Tour:
The tour lasts between 5 and 7 hours. On the 3-hour boat trip to the whale watching hotspots, you will witness some of the beautiful Norwegian fjords, which will provide fantastic viewing and picture taking opportunities. You will also be provided with English speaking guides who will provide insights into the local history, nature and culture. There will also be short documentaries and presentations about the whales and the eco-system in the arctic so that you can properly understand the surrounding environment.
Arrival:
At the end of the trip, you will be brought back to the port that you departed from.
