If you are looking for a genuine dog sledding experience in an authentic frozen wonderland and also wish to learn how to direct these beautiful dogs, then David and his Huskies at Nanouak Dogsledding Norway will provide you with one of the best dogsledding experiences in Norway. On this 12km trip, you will alongside our trusted dogs and experts, how to guide your own sledge, and under your supervision and guidance, so can your children. You will be start you trip from one of our chalets in and around the national park and perform a 12km tour around this incredible national park.
The tour can be taken by kids as young as 8, who we deem will be old enough to take the reins for themselves. Both you and your children will take part in an introductory session to familiarise yourselves with the dogs and learn how to handle them properly during the activity. The part is generally a highlight for the children!

- The meeting point is in the town of Varangerbotn where David will come and collect you for your adventures. The meeting time will be agreed between you and David after you have booked your dogsledding trip.

The meeting point is in the town of Varangerbotn where we will come and collect you for your adventures. Once you arrive at the base, you will first do an introduction course which will explain the guidelines on how to enjoy the trip to the fullest, which will then be followed by a period of
familiarisation with a diverse range of dogs who will lead you on your adventures.
- Tour:
During the tour, you will be led by and direct an experienced pack of dogs, across a vast tundra with professionals who will direct you around the massive national park. At the same time, you will be provided with information about the surrounding eco-system. You will also be provided with ski suits and boots if necessary.
