This 2-day pool and theory referral program allows you to either begin or complete your PADI Open Water Diver certification. It takes place in the diving centre in Cairns, where you will complete both pool and theory sessions with highly trained instructors.
No previous experience is required to participate in this course. You will learn all underwater skills in one of the 2 large, 4 meters deep heated pools at our facility, which will support your comfort and confidence during scuba diving in Cairns.
The Scuba Diving Course - PADI Pool and Theory Referral Program qualifies you to:
- complete a theoretical part for PADI Open Water Diver certification
- complete the pool sessions for PADI Open Water Diver certification
Programme- On-site theory lecture:
The theoretical part of this 2-day course takes place in classrooms in the diving centre. We provide you with all the necessary learning materials as well as equipment to practice scuba diving in Cairns. For your convenience, PADI Open Water Manual is available in 13 languages.
- Kick-off:
We will pick you up from your accommodation and also provide the return transfer in the afternoon. Once you will be at our dive centre, our staff will check you in and give you the necessary paperwork to fill in, including the PADI Medical Statement. We will provide you with the necessary equipment for the duration of the whole course. Your first theory session will start right in our dive centre where you will begin to learn the basic scuba diving in Cairns.
