Tour programme
- Preparation:
Come to our base at least 10 min prior to the booked time of the Original Rotorua canopy tours. From there, we will drive you to the forest where we organise our tours. We also offer free shuttle service from/to any central Rotorua location. To arrange the shuttle simply contact us after booking. Before we dive in into the forest, our kiwi guides will equip you all the necessary material and brief you about safety and the Original Rotorua canopy tours itself. We recommend to eat some snack before the tour to have enough energy for the fun.
- Tour:
In small groups of 10 visitors per 2 local guides, you will start your Rotorua canopy tours. Apart from 600m ziplines, you will cross 2 swing bridges, take the stairs leading to nowhere and have a chance to feed the wild birds. The highlight of the tour is riding the 220m long zipline. For the whole Rotorua canopy tours, our highly-skilled guides will keep you safe, tell you interesting facts about the forest and its wildlife. Small children can go on a zipline with a guide (max. 2 children/tour).
- Return:
After approx. 2 hours and 45 minutes, the Original Rotorua canopy tours is over and we will get back to the place from which we started and drive you back to our base.
