We meet at our red ski school log cabin in Sportinia (Sportinia, 10050 Sauze d'Oulx)
Our snowboard lessons in Sauze d'Oulx are designed both for those who have never tried snowboarding before and for those who already have snowboarding experience and want to improve their downhill technique.
Our snowboard instructors will be able to adapt the lesson to the needs of the various participants who, in groups of an average of 8 people, will be able to improve their technique on the snowboard in a short time.
On Sundays and Mondays, the first half-hour of ski lessons are used to test the level of new participants in the course in order to divide the groups evenly. If you have already taken the test on Sunday, it is not necessary to repeat it on Monday.
We will meet at the Ski School RED Log Cabin in Sportinia at least 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. To reach it we advise to get the lift n7 Sportinia, this is a direct lift to the area.
All snowboarders need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons, but there are discounts tickets for first timers. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
I booked 5 days of beginner snowboard lessons. My instructor Ross was a really nice guy. He spoke very good English and most of all he is a very good snowboard instructor and within the 5 days my riding had very much improved. Highly recommend.
Great experience my snowboarding instructors were so nice and helpful, would definitely recommend lessons here.
We had a great time with the school. Excellent. Recommended.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
The lessons are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced snowboarders who want to improve their technique.
The groups consist of an average of 8 participants.
On Sundays and Mondays, the instructors use the first 30 minutes of the lesson to assess the participants' level and form homogeneous groups.
The meeting point is at the Ski School RED Log Cabin in Sportinia. You should arrive at least 10 minutes before the lesson starts. You can reach the area with the Sportinia lift (n7).
The lessons are held in English and Italian.
