If you are looking to try snowboarding for the first time this winter, these snowboarding lessons for adults in Cardrona are a perfect choice. With our first timer package including lessons, equipment rental and lift passes, you are off to a great start into the world of winter sports.
With a conveyor tunnel and gentle learner runs, our dedicated beginner's area provides the perfect terrain to learn the basics of snowboarding. As soon as you feel safe on your board, you can start to explore the beginner-friendly slopes all over Cardrona ski resort.
To ensure the best possible learning outcomes, we hold the snowboarding lessons for adults in groups of around 8 to 10 participants per experienced instructor.
Meeting Time
We meet at least 10 minutes before the start of the snowboarding lessons on the snow front at Cardrona Alpine Resort base. Please make sure that you are ready for the lesson and have all your equipment on time.
Equipment Rental & Lift Pass
You can pick up booked rental equipment and lift pass at one of our shops in Queenstown (37 Camp Street, Queenstown 9300), Wanaka (20 Helwick Street, Wanaka 9305) or directly at the Cardrona Alpine Resort base on the mountain. Please pick it up in the evening before the lesson or in the morning before the lessons.
