Tandem Paragliding at Lake Lucerne - Hike & Fly

Would you like to combine an uphill hike with some paragliding at Lake Lucerne? Then this offer is just for you! Our competition pilot will accompany you on your hike up the alpine pasture of one of the mountains surrounding the lake before taking off and gliding gently through the skies. Enjoy spectacular views from above and experience the sensation of flying weightlessly like a bird in one of Switzerland's most popular paragliding hotspots.

Tour programme
- Meeting & Preparation:
When paragliding at Lake Lucerne, the exact location of the flight will be determined 24h beforehand (based on the weather conditions) and the meeting point will be individually arranged with you accordingly. We either meet there directly at your chosen time slot or, for a surcharge, we can arrange transfer from our pick up locations in Zürich, Zug, Lucerne or Stans. Once we've reached our destination, we will go on a short hike up the mountain (between 200 and 600m, depending on your level of fitness) to reach our take-off point. Here, your pilot will brief you and strap you into the harness. All you need to do after that is to run approximately 15m on your pilot's command until the canopy gently lifts you into the air and you can lean back and enjoy the view. Of course, you are welcome to bring along friends and family members to watch your flight. The pilot will advise them on the best place to watch from at the meeting point.
- Start and Flight:
The flight lasts between 15 and 40 minutes (depending on how much you hiked) during which time you will be treated to views of Lake Lucerne, the town of Lucerne, the surrounding Alps and, in some rare cases, even the city of Zurich.
- After Landing:
At the end of the flight, we will gently land back in the valley, where you'll be reunited with your friends and family and can go about the rest of your day.
