Tour programme - Meeting & Preparation: To go paragliding from the Hohe Salve, you will meet your pilot at the bottom station of the gondola, either in Söll or in Hopfgarten. If you arrive by car, there is a free car park available in front of the gondola. From there, the two of you will take the gondola up the Hohe Salve mountain (gondola ticket to be paid in cash on-site). Once you've reached the top, you will receive a short briefing from your pilot, who will also help you get strapped into the harness. Once both of you are set, you will run down a slope for a couple of metres until the canopy opens and lifts you into the air. If you have friends or family that would like to come and watch your flight, they can best do so at the landing point ieither in Söll or in Hopfgarten. - Start and Flight: During your flight, you will be able to admire the picturesque mountain landscape of the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol. You will be in the air for about 15 - 20 minutes, during which time you can sit back, relax and take in the beautiful panorama. - After Landing: At the end of the flight, you will land gently at the foot of the Hohe Salve, either in Söll or in Hopfgarten, depending on where you initially set out from. In Söll, we land in the field close to the gondola station and in Hopfgarten, we land at the Hohe Salve landing field next to the Brixentaler Ache. If you have friends or family members watching your flight, you will be reunited with them right there and you can continue going about your day ..... until you come back for more paragliding from the Hohe Salve.
