Take your first steps into the world of diving with our trial dive from La Rague beach. Our state-certified diving instructors will explain to you how to use your equipment and communicate underwater, and will ensure your safety throughout the activity. One by one, you will be immersed underwater for 20 minutes to discover the underwater world of the French Riviera. One thing is sure: you will be amazed by the colourful spectacle that will be offered to you!
Dive area
We will go to the beach of La Rague, located 100 m from our centre. We will dive into the sea, in the surrounding rocks where the fauna and flora are dense.Programme
We will be waiting for you at our diving centre in Mandelieu-la-Napoule at the appointed time, where you will meet your diving instructor. If you come by car, you will find parking spaces nearby. Then we will hand over the equipment and drive to the beach near our centre and you will dive one by one with the instructor, who will show you the local fauna and flora. After an hour and a half in the sea, we will return to the dive centre. Included services

The activity Trial Dive from La Rague Beach near Cannes by Dive Centre La Rague in Mandelieu-la-Napoule is available on Monday and Tuesday, from August 8, 2026 through November 10, 2026. On each available day there are 2 start times between 16:00 and 16:30. Sessions last 1.5 hours and are offered as group activities. Prices start from €79.00 for kids and €89.00 for adults.
