Profit from the ideal wind conditions during our windsurfing lessons at Lagoa de Albufeira in Sesimbra. The protected lagoon about 40 kilometres south of Lisbon is the ideal spot to learn windsurfing or improve your skills. This is why our experienced instructors are happy to welcome (aspiring) windsurfers of all levels from the age of 7 years. Small groups with a maximum of 5 participants ensure course contents adapted to your level and quick progress.

Meeting & Preparation We meet at our base right at Lagoa de Albufeira (free parking available). Here you get changed, store your things in a locker, meet your instructor and receive your equipment. We then head to the beach where we start the windsurfing lessons with a theoretical introduction.

Course Content Level 1: - Getting to know the equipment & safety rules - Assessing wind conditions - Basic windsurfing techniques: turning at low speed, going upwind (bowling), going downwind, navigating crosswise triangular Level 2: - Priority rules in the water - Using a harness - Assembling and dismantling all equipment on your own - Jibe technique & board turning - Gliding & using footstraps
