Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our base right at Lagoa de Albufeira (free parking available). Here you get changed, store your things in a locker, meet your instructor and receive your equipment. We then head to the beach where we start the kitesurfing lessons with a theoretical introduction.

Level 1:
- Introduction to kitesurfing & the equipment
- Safety guidelines & procedures
- Understanding the wind window
- Landing and lifting the kite with assistance
Level 2:
- Body drag
- First start & water kite re-launch
- Controlling the kite & changing direction
Level 3:
- Safety & priority rules
- Starting on the board in both directions
- Choosing the the right equipment and conditions
- Moving the kite and controlling its strength and direction
Level 4:
- Advanced techniques: going upwind and downwind, turning, improve posture, first maneuvers
