Details
Everybody looking for lots of swimming, snorkeling and exploring will be delighted by our full-day cruise to Blue Lagoon and Comino from Buġibba Jetty on the "Mermaid". On our way towards Comino island, we pass Mellieha and you get the chance to admire the spectacular coastline. Get your cameras ready to take pictures of magical places!
Our longest stop is at the famous Blue Lagoon where you have plenty of time to enjoy the crystal clear, turquoise water and explore the uninhabited island of Comino on foot. Don't forget to bring along your swimwear and snorkeling equipment, you will have plenty of opportunities to use it here! The boat will remain docked in Comino, so you are welcome to have lunch (either your own or buy something from our snack bar) and use the facilities on board. After about 4 hours at Blue Lagoon, it's time to board the boat again.
On the way back to Malta by boat we discover the beautiful caves of Comino, either Crystal lagoon or St Mary's caves (weather dependent). As our boat is quite small, our captain can maneuovre it into the caves giving you an exclusive look at the inside.

This requirement takes effect from May, 19th 2025 and applies to all visitors. Passes can be booked through the official website: www.blcomino.com. You’ll need to choose a time slot: morning, afternoon or evening. Make sure you pick the right one based on your tour schedule. Please note that without a valid pass, disembarkation onto the island is not permitted under any circumstances. If you are unable to obtain a pass or prefer not to go ashore, you are welcome to remain on the boat during the stop at the Blue Lagoon. This is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your understanding and strongly recommend securing your free pass in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Nice boat with toilet facilities, the captain was informative.

I would recommend it for the 3 hour window that you are left on the island for, and overall it's not that expensive. However, the visiting of the caves happens fast, you're only visiting 2 places and the captain doesn't say anything, so you're not sure which you've seen.
