Programme
- Meeting and preparation:
Meet us directly at the drop zone 30 minutes before the selected start time. Here, you will meet your instructor and go through a safety briefing with them. Moreover, you will receive all the necessary equipment for your skydive from us (jumpsuit, goggles etc.) your instructor will help you get strapped into the harness. Once you're all set, you will board the place together and take off.
- Flight and jump:
Our plane will carry you up to 4,000 m in altitude, during which time you can enjoy the view of the scenic Portuguese landscape below. Once you've reached your designated height, you'll be strapped tightly to your tandem instructor who will open the side door of the plane and jump out with you. Now you'll experience 50 thrilling seconds of free fall where you will hurtle downwards at a speed of around 200 km/h before the instructor opens the canopy of the parachute to break your fall. For the latter part of your jump, you will gently glide down towards the ground until you land safely back at the drop zone.

- Women cannot jump while pregnant

-Please be aware that you cannot jump if you have any of the following health conditions: heart disease, hypertension or hypotension, recurrent fainting, lung diseases, central nervous system disorders, epilepsy, recurrent dislocations, hepatitis, spinal disorders, mental disorders, dependency on drugs or alcohol, chronic bronchitis, severe asthma, rheumatic fever, liver, kidney or lung disease, thyroid disease, adrenal and other glands, diseases of bones or joints, blood disorders, severe anemia, chronic diseases ear or sinus infections and any other condition that requires regular medication
