What a great instructor.
Good selection and punctuality
Ralf is very professional and down to earth friendly at the same time. My daughter is a very shy girl was reluctant to go for the lesson but Ralf's encouragement and friendly approach made her experience truly wonderful. He call himself the "repair man" because he also repaired my skiing posture. Highly recommended.
