The ski instructor was nice and friendly, and we felt comfortable. We booked a cross-country skating course, but unfortunately, we only learned the basics, which is certainly important, but we expected more. We didn't learn any skating technique, which we found very disappointing. The track wasn't suitable for a skating course either. For that reason, we felt it was far too expensive.

Ralf is an excellent teacher. He has a perfect energy and makes you feel very confortable in the class. I learned sking in 4 hours and he took us to nice tracks very quickly so we can go alone afterwards! We had a lot of fun.

For my first time ever on the slopes, I really wanted to have a private instructor, and I couldn't ask for a better one! Iris was incredibly kind and patient with me. I went from never having clicked into skis to actually enjoying it at the end of the lesson.
