Details
If basic ski lessons have become too boring and your kids already learnt everything during a ski course, we have the perfect fit for them to further step up on the skills ladder - the Mountain Academy for Teens in Kitzbühel! It's ideal for already advanced skiers, who can not get enough of the winter fun. Furthermore, it sets the stone to become ski all-rounders, future top ski instructors and passionate winter sports enthusiasts - maybe even the next winner of the Hahnenkamm-race.
A maximum group size of 5 teens will keep the fun as well as the progress high. Our certified instructors can fully focus on the individual goals of your youngsters. In the Mountain Academy in Kitzbühel, we provide all aspects of skiing. The range goes from training in safe and competent off-piste terrain, over fast turns between the poles, to cool tricks in the fun park. For the daily dose of fun, we like to casually ski on mogul slopes.
Special achievements during the Academy will be rewarded with our "7 Summit Pin". This credit is already really close to ski instructors’ skills. Participants can earn the "7 Summit Pin" every Thursday at the “Mountain Masters” competition.
In order for the lessons to take place, a minimum number of 3 participants must be reached.
Requirements
Participants have to be able to ski parallel safely on black slopes. On the first day of the course, we check if this is the case. If the ability is not sufficient, the kids will be sent to a regular ski group that corresponds to their skills level.
Meeting Time
We meet daily 15 minutes before the start of the lesson at the ski school office next to the Gansler valley station.
