You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

The snowboarding lessons are perfect for beginners from 7 to 14 years old. The children are divided into groups according to their experience, age and language.

In the "Tatzis Kinderland", beginners learn basic skills like gliding and schussing in a playful way, using a magic carpet, a carousel and a tunnel. After some practice, they will be ready to conquer the slopes of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ski Circus.

The meeting point is 15 minutes before the lessons start in front of the S4 (Lindau 19a, 6391 Fieberbrunn) at the black flag.

You can book lunch with supervision directly at the ski school. A delicious lunch and a drink are included in this service.

The course requires a minimum of 5 participants. If this number is not reached, the course may be shortened to a half-day or groups may be combined.
