Curious to discover the island of Lanzarote from another fascinating angle? With group Stand Up Paddling lessons on the beach at El Poril, you can try out or perfect your skills in this curious discipline! As well as being a great exercise, you'll be able to test your balance. Our certified instructors will be in charge of a group of a maximum of 8 participants, so you can get all the attention you need. Be ready to ride along little-known beaches and to discover the souther part of Lanzarote, as it has the best conditions for this activity! Meeting and preparation
We will meet you directly at the beach of El Poril, in Puerto del Carmen, where you will be given all the necessary equipment and we will begin our lesson.
We individually arrange a pick-up near/directly at your place of accommodation after you completed the booking Start time
The start time is always approximately 9:00 am or 6 pm, but it always depends on the wind and the tide, the exact start times will be communicated before the start of the activity.Course Content
- Theoretical explanation part: you learn how to stand on the board, paddle and try the first rowing manoeuvre.
- Warm-up: running and exercises to warm up your muscles.
- Practice in the water: the instructor will be at your side in the water and you will try to do all the manoeuvres, first on your knees, then standing up.Included Services
