Yoga Stand Up Paddle Lesson in Puerto del Carmen

Have you ever thought of combining concentration, breathing exercises, aerobics and balance in one activity? On Lanzarote, one of the most unspoilt islands in Europe, you can! The Stand Up Paddle Yoga lesson will allow you to challenge your mind and body in a unique atmosphere. You will be guided by certified instructors in a group of maximum 8 people in the tranquillity of El Poril beach in Puerto del Carmen.

Meeting & Preparation
We will meet you directly at the beach of El Poril, in Puerto del Carmen, where you will be given all the necessary equipment and we will begin our lesson.
We individually arrange a pick-up near/directly at your place of accommodation after you completed the booking.

Start time
The start time is always approximately 9:30 am, 4:30 pm or 6:30 pm, but it always depends on the wind and the tide, the exact start times will be communicated before the start of the activity.

Course Content
After a brief initial theoretical explanation, you will be given the board and each participant will be helped to get on it and reach the "star", where everyone will be anchored. We start with breathing and meditation exercises and depending on the level of the group, the teacher will decide what kind of positions to do.
