You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

The meeting point is at 9:10 am at the Hausberg, directly below the cable car station. The lessons run from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. On January 1st, the lessons start at 12:00 pm.

The ski area includes a dedicated kids' park with figures, a carousel, and a magic carpet. A final ski race with an awards ceremony is also held once a week.

The team of instructors is international. Although a specific language cannot be guaranteed, reviews mention that the instructors are very good with children, even if they don't speak the same language.
