Meeting & Preparation We will meet you at the car park in front of the restaurant La Salie Nord at the reserved time (except in low season : 01/04/2023 au 31/05/2023 when the meeting place is different : 228 Bd de la Côte d'Argent, 33120 Arcachon). Then we will go to the beach, where you will be given the necessary equipment and you can change. We don't train on the sand, we go straight into the water! To warm up, we will start the session with bodyboarding. Depending on your level, the instructor will adapt the session.

Start time The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.
