Meeting & Preparation The meeting point will be individually arranged the day before the lesson. You will fill in the registration form and will be informed of the start time of your lesson. Then, we will provide you the equipment. After a short presentation of the equipment and a quick theory lesson on the beach, we will warm up. Once finished, we'll jump into the water! In addition to learning how to handle the waves, you will also learn how to spot the dangers of the sea and which rules you need to follow.
