Surf Lessons (from 6 y.) on Moliets Beach

Don't miss the opportunity to surf on the famous waves of the Atlantic Ocean! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced surfer, our surfing lessons on Moliets Beach are a must if you are visiting Moliets-et-Maâ. In small groups of no more than 8 participants, you can discover the discipline or improve your skills alongside people with the same level as you. Our certified instructors will guide you so that you can progress quickly. We also offer you the possibility to rent surfing equipment outside the lesson, to train on your own and improve your technique.

Meeting & Preparation We meet you at our base in Moliets Beach 15 minutes before the booked time. If you arrive by car, free parking is widely available nearby. Once you are there, we will provide you with your wetsuit and surfboard. Changing rooms are available for you to change. Finally, we will head to the beach where the lesson will start.

Start time The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

Course Content - Quick theory session on the beach - The right warm-up on the beach or doing bodysurf (depending on the weather) - Practice on the beach - Practice in the sea Surfing beginners at our school are typically able to: - After 1 day: take a wave lying down and start riding the board - After 3 days: stand on the board - After 5 days: take unbroken waves Please note that everyone's learning progress is different, as some people learn quicker than others.
