Alone or accompanied by a maximum of 2 people, you will be taught by a dedicated instructor, who will advise you throughout your lesson. We meet you at our base in Lacanau, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. Once you arrive, we will give you the necessary equipment and you can change in our changing rooms. Finally, we will head to the beach where the lesson will start.Start time
