Details
Our trial dive at Cap d'Antibes is the perfect opportunity to discover a whole new world, just below the surface of the Mediterranean. This activity is suitable for everyone and requires no special skills, other than knowing how to swim... and being curious. Together with a diving instructor, you will discover what it feels like to breathe underwater and the unique sensation of weightlessness. You will dive down to 6 m, giving you ample opportunity to marvel at the local underwater life. The classic trial dive lasts 25 minutes but for who always want more or have already done one, we can extend it to 40 minutes.
Dive area
Our favourite spot for trial dives is the Cap d'Antibes. Several sites are accessible in the vicinity: we will choose the most appropriate one on the day of the activity, depending on the weather conditions. It will be an opportunity to observe the coastline's inhabitants: the numerous creeks around the cape are home to salema, sea bream, octopus, sea urchins, starfish...
Programme
We meet at our office at the Marina Baie des Anges in Villeneuve-Loubet at the booked time. You will find a paid car park near the port. After being welcomed by our team, we will take 30 minutes to equip you and provide you with a quick briefing on the upcoming activity and safety instructions. We have a changing room on our premises available to our guests. Then we will go on the boat and head to the diving site. There, while you wait for your turn, you will have the opportunity to swim around the boat before diving one on one with your instructor. Once back from the trip, you can use our sanitary facilities and hot showers.
