Dive Area
Around the bay of Agios Nikolaos we offer a wide variety of dive sites. For the Discover Scuba Diving, we will go to a shallow area in confined waters, where the environment is more predictable and controlled. However, you will be able to see the fascinating marine life, colourful coral reefs, and an impressive seabed. The average water temperature ranges from 19 to 29 degrees Celsius, and the clear waters allow for great visibility.
Programme
We meet at the dive centre 15 minutes before the start of the dive. Free parking is available near our centre. You will start by watching a 15-minute introductory video at our centre, so you get familiar with the basics of scuba diving. Then, we will head to our boat with our diving gear and set off to the dive site. Before your first immersion, we will show you how to breathe and behave underwater.
In less than 20 minutes by boat, we will reach our destination. You will go in groups of 6 with a qualified instructor and dive up to 5 meters deep. During your dive, you will be amazed by the endemic marine life and natural reefs that form along the coast and the zero gravity sensation of being underwater.
