Tour programme- Preparation:We meet at our base in
Castellane at the time booked. There is a private car park and changing rooms on site. Your guide will brief you on safety and the use of your equipment, before taking our shuttle to reach the starting point of the tour. Then it's time to hit the water!
- Tour:The tour starts at from
Chasteuil beach. You are in the most tumultuous part of the river and will cross rapids with evocative names such as
"la Dégoulinante" (the dripping one) or "le Solitaire" (the loner). You will also have the opportunity to cool off in the emerald waters of the Verdon river while
swimming in the rapids and jumping from the rocks, but with no obligation. Throughout the tour, the guide ensures your safety from the raft and will provide you with valuable tips for tackling the most exciting rapids!
- Return:After 3 hours, you will reach the end of the tour at Point Sublime. The shuttle will be waiting to take you back to the base, where you will collect your belongings and your vehicle.

Good to know - The finish of this tour is at the entrance to the Grand Canyon du Verdon, a hundred meters below the parking lot where the minibus waiting for us to return to Castellane is parked. We'll need to carry the raft (deflated and folded) for around 10 minutes to get back to the bus. Keep fit!
