If you need equipment, make sure to organize it the day before your lessons.
Our instructor Alessandro was good and very friendly. We had one two hour group lesson in which he gave us enough guidance and technique to be able get out on the trails and practice. Whenever we saw him around the stadium later in the week he offered words of encouragement and guidance.
