At the BOARDSTARS station directly on run 8, in the Weitmoosalm building, right next to the Planai Superpark (Planaistraße 86, 8971 Schladming). From the top station of the Planai gondola, you can reach us via the pedestrian tunnel and ski path no. 8.

We meet at our station next to the Tauernalm (Rohrmoosstraße 208,8971 Schladming) at the valley station of the Hochwurzen cable car.

You have never stood on the board before but are motivated to learn snowboarding? In our kids and adult snowboarding lessons for beginners in Schladming those new to this wonderful sport and over the age of 13 can start learning now!
In order to learn as efficiently as possible, we form smaller groups of 3 to 8 people, so that each person can be individually helped. Our trained snowboard instructors are happy to offer you or your children unforgettable winter action.
Schladming is the perfect area for beginning snowboarders, with many easy slopes to practise on. Once the basics are mastered, beginners also have the chance to practise tricks in one of the fun parks. Modern infrastructure allows you to reach the tops of the mountains quickly and enjoy magical winter panoramas.
Meeting point
We meet 15 minutes before the course starts either next to the Tauernalm at the valley station of the Gipfelbahn Hochwurzen or right next to the Weitmoosalm and next to the Planai Superpark, depending on the booking.
Lunch break
If you book a full day course, our instructors are happy to look after your children during the lunch break. A meal is not included.
Equipment rental
If you book including equipment, you can conveniently pick it up at our ski school office. We recommend picking up your equipment 30 minutes before the start of the lessons or the day before from 3:30 pm in our rental shop.
Ski pass
All snowboarders need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson.
A loving and charming snowboard school. I had a wonderful experience. The teachers are enthusiastic and clearly love sharing their passion for snowboarding. Their energy is contagious, making every lesson fun and motivating. What stood out most was their patience and genuine care for each student’s progress, which I greatly appreciated while learning snowboarding at the age of 48. There is plenty of flexibility if your learning process takes a little longer, and they never make you feel rushed or pressured. Instead, they encourage you enthusiastically at every step and help keep your mindset positive. Thanks to their supportive approach, learning felt relaxed, personal, and truly enjoyable. I can highly recommend them!
