The Landes coastline, especially around Hossegor, is famous for surfing. It is the ideal place to learn from the most experienced ones and to see surfing in its most extraordinary form. Our surf lessons for adults in Seignosse are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or already have an advanced level. We create groups of 8 people, based on your skills. The aim is for everyone to be able to surf well at the end of the course and to leave with a taste for surfing. Lessons last one hour and a half. We will adapt our teaching to your needs and skills.
On the beach, we will review together the technical instructions, the functioning of a wave, the swell, and you will also receive all the necessary information about the stream, and the coast. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the ocean to progress well. Afterwards, you will jump into the water and have an unforgettable time!Meeting & Preparation
We usually meet on the car park of the Penon beach, in front of our van. For the more experienced surfers, depending on the conditions, it is possible to meet on another beach. You will be informed if this is the case. After getting out and preparing the equipment, we will go to the beach to warm up together. We will then give you some theoretical explanations, as well as information on the weather conditions and the state of the sea. You will then spend an hour in the water. Start time
