With this classic rafting tour, you will go down the Guisane river from Monêtier-les-Bains, near its source, and you will go down the torrent through a course which mixes strong thrills, and quieter passages, to take full advantage of the Écrins massif, and of the beautiful valley of Serre-Chevalier. It is also the occasion to face the Guibertes rapid, just before the village, to spice up your journey. You will return home amazed from this trip through the mountains!
Tour programme- Preparation:We meet
at the Sportrent shop in Chantemerle. There is a car park opposite where you can park your vehicle. There you will meet your instructors who will provide you with your equipment and give you some technical explanations, but also interesting information about the river. You can change in our changing rooms and leave your belongings in secure lockers. Afterwards, everyone meets up
in the shuttle bus which will drop you off at Le Monêtier-les-Bains for the start of the river trip.
- Tour:This
10-km trip goes down from Le Monêtier to Saint-Chaffrey, offering thrills and adventure. It is the ideal opportunity to spend a unique and emotional moment with friends. You will cross two more perilous passages, notably at Les Guibertes, which will provide a good dose of adrenaline and laughter.
- Return:After
2 hours of journey, you will arrive in Saint-Chaffrey. As it is important to share the story of your adventures, you will be welcomed with
a drink and a small snack, perfect for a convivial moment. Afterwards, our shuttle will take you back to the base, and you will return the equipment. Showers are also available.
