Surf Lessons for Kids (5-12 y.) near Lagos

Starting surf early is the best way to apprehend easily the ocean and to increase the water awareness of the children. In our surf lessons for kids near Lagos, our well-qualified instructors will take care of your children, and watch upon their safety, while pushing them to do their best and to spark a new passion in them. To ensure their progress and their safety, we create groups of maximum 4 children for one instructor. We want to provide them improvements as surfers while having fun in a safe environment. And what could be better than starting to surf in the magnificent rocky landscapes of the Algarve coastline?

Meeting & Preparation
We will pick up you and your kids within a 20 km radius of Lagos at the time agreed with you the night before. All the required equipment (board, wetsuits, etc.) would be already prepared in our van, and you will just have to hop in. We have a maximum travel time of 30 min. Once arrived at the beach, we will change and prepare ourselves. Our instructors will also talk through a quick briefing before beginning the warm-up. The whole lesson, pick-up and preparation included, lasts approximately 4 hours, and the lesson in itself 2 hours.

Surfing beginners at our school are typically able to:
- After 1 day: perform the basics, such as paddling and taking off
- After 5 days: catch different types of waves by themselves
Please note that everyone's learning progress is different, as some people learn quicker than others.
